This other commercial was very confusing. There were company workers that went to interview with polar bears. Normally I watch the video in Japanese first and then go and watch it in English to fill the gaps, however even when watching with English subtitles I was confused. Was the girl offering herself to be eaten and what does that have to do with the noodles? I did not understand the marketing tactics at all, even in English! In my opinion, Japanese commercials can be all over the place and this was one of them. Sometimes, I try to guess what a commercial is advertising before the end and I don’t always guess correctly.
